Here's a first name/middle name palindrome:
Neelie Eileen
I had a friend growing up named Neelie; we thought it was really cool that we had each other's names written backwards--we were so dorky

YOu would be right, of course.
Palindrome means spelled the same backwards and forwards.
Trout Fishing in America (the band) does a wonderful song for kids called "Your Name Backwards" about how fun it is to figure out what funny sounds you can make when you spell your name backwards and in the song is a line
"Hannah, Otto and Bob don't care a thing with this game. If your name's a palindrome back and forth it's all the same."
