Sure, and I'm not sure I'd classify the name as racist either; it's not like her middle name is Supremacy or Superiority or anything. I do however think it's a horrid name. It's like naming your child Caucasian.
eta: I just re-read and saw that the middle name is Justice. Now, in some interpretations, that could be construed as racist.
I do see how it can be viewed as racist. It may sound pretty to some but to me, although I am white, I even find it a bit offensive with the middle name being Justice.

One of my buddies in high school had a little brother Arian. He was a little snot and took his name as a racial thing. Being blond-haired and blue-eyed himself, he thought it very appropriate.
I can't say I'm a fan of the name with this pronunciation. However, I do like the name pron. A-Ryan. Similar to the constelation Orion. That way is nice.
As far as her middle name goes. I dunno if her parents were being snotty themselves or not. Like Emily said, its not as if her mn was Supremacy or somesuch.
